   Hello. I love my new phone, but I cannot get the pictures, camera, video player to respond. I get two messages – “Storage not ready” – “no available storage”. The phone specifies that it is 32GB. Can you help me initiate these functions?

   Whenever i try to open my camera or video player. it says “storage not ready”

   I can’t even listen to music. Could someone please help us.

   it is becoz u need a external memory … d phone wasnt a built-in memory type … just get an external memory micro SD …
