hi, by the icon SET (sprocket) and the last row is setting the language (icon ABC). I have a question too, do anybody have a manual for this? I can´t set my emails.
hi, i have problems to write messages. (sms or email) last raw don’t work if i touch it and there is not link between letters and touch. Letters are very small and it is not easy writing! Can you help me? Darella and Ajina do you have these problems? Thanks.
I’ve bought this phone W009. There is a touch & screen problem, last row doesn’t work. The pen calibration tool doesn’t work correctly. So i reset phone witch 1122 factory reset code, but my phone touch screen now goes inverted .. Means like i click on left top its go right top bottom left it go bottom right ..
this is the 2nd time i reset factory setting… Someone, could help me? Thanks much.
To Piolo: I dont have any problems with writing the messages, although the letters are small.Sorry. I had to reset the phone too, but any of these problems didn´t become. Im worried you must complain the phone to the seller.

My w009 is dead. When the batteries has no power, then it will not recharged, already plugin the charger for 8 hours, but nothing happen. Do anybody know how to make it alive again ?

I have heard that you can us 1122 as a reset password. how do I do that. Where do I enter it. I have no settings icon to enter into for any kind of settings.

I need help with this phone, I have lots of songs on my mem card but can’t view them in the ipod menu on the phone, only the michael jackson and britney spears default songs appear!? And how do i set the wallpaper so it stays to what i have selected? When I shake the phone it goes to the default wallpaper of birds, or grass, etc. Anybody else out there have these problems? oh, btw, the video resolution is really terrible on these phones.
